Concrete
Our concrete experts are here to serve all of your commercial concrete needs. We do flatwork, including large scale parking lots, driveways, and foundations. We specialize in curbs, gutters, and sidewalks for commercial and municipal clients. With every job we pay special attention to detail to keep our clients compliant with laws and building code, while reducing their liability after the job is complete. We make sure that there will be proper drainage, so water and ice can’t accumulate. This keeps the weather damage to a minimum, prevents slips and falls on ice, and reduces maintenance needs. We also make sure grades and striping are ADA compliant so all of your visitors can safely visit your property. We’re also the only concrete company in Colorado to also offer asphalt services.
Milling
Call us for full depth asphalt removal and replacement and utility patching overlays. The newest edition to our fleet is a 4’ asphalt profiler. We are the only concrete company in Colorado that has a milling machine. This machine recycles unwanted asphalt into strip, which can then be repurposed into fill for utility projects and more. We can mill any surface from 4 to over 100 feet wide.
Demolition & Small Excavation.
We are fully equipped with excavation equipment and operators to prep your job site for a new foundation and new utilities. We also offer full service dirt work, including drainage and erosion control projects. We have the resources to take on small to mid-size projects.
Small Full Depth Asphalt Patching Along New Concrete
For new road, driveway, sidewalk, and parking lot projects to be code compliant, the asphalt must be “patched back” along the new concrete to ensure that all moisture flowing off of the asphalt is channeled into the new concrete curb. Most concrete companies outsource this work to an asphalt service subcontractor. We handle everything in-house for maximum efficiency and integrity of the finished product.
Landscaping as Part of our Jobs
If your excavation or pavement project will need landscaping services before it is truly complete, let us know and we will add these services to your bid. We will trench for sprinkler systems, backfill curbs and gutters, install decorative rock, and plant trees and shrubs. As with any of our services, erosion control, drainage, and ADA compliance are top priorities in our designs and project completion.
Turnkey Services
Larger Full Depth Asphalt Paving and Patching
We’re fully equipped to serve all of your pavement removal, replacement, and repair needs. For deteriorated or damaged areas, our excavator or milling machine is used to remove anything from small patches to whole parking lots. We also prep rep and stabilize the sub-grade for a new asphalt parking lot or patch. We’re a full service asphalt and concrete company, providing whichever best suits the customer’s budget or needs.
Infrared Patching
Our budget-friendly alternative to saw cutting the damaged or deteriorating asphalt for repair is Infrared patching. We use a special machine that heats up the asphalt and scratches it, adds new material, and compacts it. The repaired spot is safe to drive over within 20 minutes of repair completion. The patch is seamless and looks great too.
Seal Coat and Crack Seal
We’re here for all of your concrete and asphalt repair needs. Crack seal prevents water from penetrating below the pavement into the subgrade, which causes erosion, settling, and damage to the pavement. We repair damaged pavement by first rolling out the cracks in concrete and asphalt. Then, we apply special crack sealer. This extends pavement life and reduces pavement maintenance costs. We also crack seal transitions between concrete curbs and asphalt. With our seal coat service, we apply a liquid emulsion over the whole asphalt or concrete surface. It protects the pavement from damage by oxidation and water penetration, much like painting a fence protects wood from weather wear.

This is where we bring all of our 65 years of industry experience together for our clients. We consult with engineers and clients, and coordinate all trades to ensure that projects are completed in teh most efficient and cost effective manner. This is what we like to call “value engineering.” Whether you hire us for all of our services or just a couple, our management skills will keep your project running smoothly.
Parking Lot Striping and Sweeping
To put the finishing touches on all of our paving projects, we bring in our street sweeper to clear dirt and construction debris. Then we bring in our paint striper to mark ramps and grades according to ADA requirements. We also outline the parking spaces and mark the pavement to best direct foot and vehicle traffic around your property.
